It has been quite sometime since I have submitted a post.  I have stepped away from network marketing over the last few months to regroup and start a new.  Over the past 2 years + I have learned a priceless education on the techniques and skills of internet marketing.  Skills that is valuable in any business.  However, I am now changing my focus.  I will still share tips and tricks to make your life and business easier and more successful.  I will share with you with concepts, programs, ideas, etc. that have be successful for me and others.  Not get rich quick ideas, schemes, programs, etc. but varied areas of interest to me and hopefully others. Today’s internet entrepreneur is not interested in the apparent inexpensive regurgitation of information for $47.00 or $37.00 0r even $27.00 (if you close the page enough times).  I want to provide relevant lifestyle changing information.  Information that will make a difference to the quality of your life.  Information that might make you an additional income but that will not be the primary focus.  Money is great but you must have the quality of life to enjoy your money.  If not all your work, effort and sacrifice will be without purpose.

Over the next few weeks you will notice the deletion of several posts that I believe are irrelevant to today’s internet entrepreneur.  One might say I am maturing with my visitors.  I believe you do not have to join organizations that charge $1,000.00′s of dollars to enter and hundreds of dollar per month to be active.  I will do my utmost to educate my readers on lifestyle and various opportunities and if this can coincide with some financial status improvement all the better.

“Basic HTML Made Easy”

To separate yourself from the pack, a bit of basic HTML skills will provide you with headings, paragraphs, bold or italic font, hyperlinks, etc.

So let’s start.  It’s really not that difficult with a little practice.

HTML Headings Code

HTML headings are defined with the <h1> to <h6> tags

For Example:

<h1>Michael E Friedman</h1>

paragraph 2.

paragraph 3.

Once again do not forget to close off each paragraph with </p>.  Forgetting the forward slash will create one large paragraph.

HTML Italic Text Code

HTMLHyperlink Code

A hyperlink (or link) is a word, group of words, or image that you can click on to jump to a new document or a new section within the current document.

Links are specified in HTML using the <a> tag.

For example to have the text CLICK HERE link back to this blog the code would be as follows:

which would result in this link C1ick Here.

Note:

1) the <a is open Not <a>

2) the “ quotation mark placement”

3) The spelling of Click – C1ick. This spelling replacing the letter l with                      the number 1 is to avoid being filtered as spam.

G-8/G-20 – Toronto Under Siege

The leaders at the G-20 Summit in Canada will decide on the mandate and direction of the G20′s future course of action and likely to deliberate on issues like global recovery, the framework for strong, sustainable and balanced growth; international financial institutions, etc.

As a Canadian and a resident of Toronto I am have been watching the lock down of this city’s downtown population of 2.5 million residents. There are over 5600 police personnel responsible for the security of this Summit. Our military forces in Afghanistan almost match this number. The security alone comes at a cost of over $1 Billion dollars to the Canadian taxpayer. There will be over 70 motorcades of dignitaries arriving at our airport necessitating the closure of 2 highways and countless streets for a minimum of 45 minutes for each individual motorcade. President Obama’s motorcade is anticipated to consist of over 30 vehicles not including air surveillance.

The downtown streets and business area surrounding the convention center of the Summit are virtually barricaded fortresses which will soon be filled with protesters, hopefully peaceful, joining the ever present security forces. Schools, the University of Toronto, office towers, and countless business have been closed this week for this event and the potential inevitable mayhem.  The U.S. government has already as of last week issued a travel advisory warning.

So what is my point?  It is why is such extreme measures necessary to secure 19 men (G-20 should really be G-19, one seat is left open) whose only goal for this 2 day event is to try and make a better responsible global community.  Why is there so much hostility for such an important meeting of 19 world leaders under 1 roof?  You comments are very welcomed.

“A Great Weekend is Over and It’s the Start of a New Week”

A great weekend is over and it’s the start of a new week.  I should feel energized and ready to go but for some reason I just feel like sitting back and doing nothing today.  I’m sure everyone has experienced this very same feeling.  However, I have an option.  I can sit back and do nothing today because I am my own boss and can work when I want to and how much or little I want to.

Viewing the situation from my perspective is relatively simple.  I am difficult boss and will pick myself up and get down to work.  Although my business is virtually always on autopilot, there is always work to be done, a project to complete, new information and training to catch up on, etc…

The art of long term success for Internet Entrepreneurs is self discipline, perseverance, and tenacity, all easier said than done. To be successful in any career these 3 characteristics are essential.   I would also add the removal of the words “I can’t” from your vocabulary and replace them with “I’ll try”.

Internet business opportunities provide an amazing prospect for personal and financial freedom.  However, they must be viewed and undertaken as seriously as any other business.  The internet has the benefit of access 24/7 – 365 days per year in the largest and fastest growing global marketplace.  The internet never takes a day off, never sleeps, and can be accessed from anywhere in the world at anytime.  If approached with the proper focus, education and training you could certainly turn your work into play.  Now, can there be any better way to live your life!
